I love how open-ended this question is! My ideal vacation would be to The Shire. Yes, the same Shire as Tolkien described. I would only stay one week. I have no desire to get involved in returning rings or battling Orcs. I just want to hang with others about my height and not feel compelled to shave. I love hiking, so daily strolls through the Farthings is perfect. I would embrace the slower pace of life, and disconnecting from all social media, as I sip mead and tell stories with my new friends.
